Her academic background is multidisciplinary, focusing on fisheries/fish biology, statistical analysis, and mapping on QGIS. She worked as an environmental consultant for various national and international institutes. Myriam is also an expert representative of Lebanon in the GFCM Working Groups on demersal fish stock assessment.

His academic background is multidisciplinary, encompassing environmental sciences, natural resources management, and oceanography. He has engaged in diverse research areas such as plankton diversity, marine mammals, climate change, ICZM, pollution monitoring, and SWM. His expertise also extends to time-series and statistical data analysis. 

Her research focuses on land-sea interaction, geo-chemistry and sea floor mapping. She is proficient in statistics and mapping through GMT and QGIS and coding for HTML pages. Myriam was granted an award from UN-WOMEN “Women and Girls Leading the Fight against Climate Change to Build a More Sustainable Future for Lebanon” in 2022. 

His research focuses on marine biology, ecology, and assessment of commercial marine fish stocks. He has been engaged in diverse research in marine environment  including biodiversity assessment contributing to numerous national and international projects. Sharif plays a pivotal role in establishing a connection network among regional experts in his field.
